Pharmatech, Inc. and VMN Liquids, LLC will centralize liquid and powder supplement manufacturing operations at Lindon campus

LINDON, UTAH—Utah-based manufacturing plants Pharmatech, Inc. and VMN Liquids, LLC will consolidate in Lindon to provide powder and liquid supplement manufacturing to Utah County businesses. The combined companies will operate as Pharmatech, Inc.  Parent company KEB Enterprises completed the transaction and began the merger transition on January 1, 2021.

KEB Enterprises acquired VMN Liquids, a liquid supplement contract manufacturing company, in 2018 with the intention of merging the company with powder manufacturing plant Pharmatech.

Over the past three years, KEB Enterprises strengthened both businesses in preparation for the merger. Steve Brailsford, President of KEB Enterprises, believes that these two high performing companies will thrive together under a consolidated management team and bring employment opportunities to Utah County.

For the next several months, Pharmatech will continue operations at the Murray VMN Liquids plant as well as the Lindon campus. Management hopes to fully transition operations to Lindon in the coming year.

Brailsford said, “Not everyone is made to work at a desk. Some people thrive in a hands-on manufacturing job environment. Pharmatech gives employees the opportunity to learn a skill and make a living doing it.”

This change will also be beneficial for clients. Brailsford said, “They’ll get more of a one-stop shop. A lot of our clients have products in both the liquid and powder arenas. Now they’ll have more options when they partner with Pharmatech.”

KEB Enterprises is a private investment firm founded by Ken Brailsford, a pioneer in the nutritional supplement and network marketing industry. Backed by decades of experience, KEB works alongside its partners to build successful businesses.
